We listen. From years of working to understand the needs and business goals of our clients, our philosophy has evolved into one of partnerships rather than just vendor or customer relationships.
Rich is co-owner and Chief Executive Officer for Dot Command Center. Rich brings over 30 years of technology and business experience to DCC. As a lifelong entrepeneur, he has enjoyed successful careers in both the music industry and commercial real estate, before focusing his complete efforts on technology. Before Dot Command Center, Rich was co-owner and Chief Financial Officer for Future Protocol, Inc., a fast growing technology service company in Austin, Texas.
Rich currently oversees and manages all aspects of Dot Command Center. His focus and expertise is infrastructure design and deployment. He enjoys the long term relationships he has established with clients, and is constantly working with them to improve efficiency and maximize value of their technology.
His goals for the company are simple. Do not grow too fast and provide a high level of service to every client. Strive to be educated and trained in the latest technologies but never in a rush to deploy them to the client without rhyme or reason.
When he is not working, Rich enjoys a quality glass of Vino, water volleyball, and most importantly, time with his wife Vickie, children Jon, Alexia, and Jack, as well as his dearest friends.
