This job happens in design studios, on-site team facilities, and also at events for promotional purposes.

What do they actually do?

Design and sketch uniforms, training gear, fan apparel, and merchandise. Choose fabrics, materials, and colors that match the team’s branding. Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and licensing teams. Work closely with manufacturers (often Adidas, the official MLS outfitter).
